Vehicle Pick-Up Instructions:

  • Exit the baggage claim area from either side (east or west) of the terminal.
  • Proceed to the far right end of Island Three (Parking Shuttles).
  • Take the light blue and orange ParkDIA shuttle.
  • Tell the driver you’re with Avail.

Not coming from the airport?

  • Arrive at the ParkDIA entrance (25200 East 68th Ave).
  • Pull a ticket to enter the parking lot.
  • Follow Avail signs to the covered parking entrance on the right and scan your ticket to enter.
  • Follow Avail signs straight ahead to the drop-off area outside our Guest Lounge. An Avail rep will greet you and guide you through the drop-off process.
